Black Mulch for Landscaping

Black Mulch is a coarse mulch with a chip-like consistency, commonly used in decorative landscaping. Apply approximately 3–4 inches deep to help retain soil moisture and reduce weed growth. While landscaping fabric underneath is optional, it is highly recommended for best results. Suitable for use around trees, shrubs, and perennials—be sure to leave a 2–3 inch (7–10 cm) gap, and 6 inches (15 cm) for larger trees. To maintain its appearance, you can refresh the mulch with a light top-up layer as needed.
